The LERG Group grows in strength

We are delighted to inform you that on 1 March this year, LERG S.A. finalised the purchase of a 100% share in Ciech Żywice – a major producer of polyester and epoxy resins, gel-coats, top-coats, polyalcohols and phenolic formaldehyde resins.

The acquisition of Ciech Żywice is a continuation of the long-term strategy of building up a strong, safe and secure LERG Chemical Group, which GTX Hanex Plastic also belongs to. The plants in Nowa Sarzyna, which employ over 240 people, contribute not only product innovations such as high-quality epoxy resins to the Group’s structures, but also a wealth of experience, knowledge and know-how.  We firmly believe that our enterprise forming part of a large capital group with a diversified portfolio, high economic stability and market strength constitutes a great value for our clients, thus contributing to their satisfaction with our collaboration, positive, partnerly relations and a feeling of security.
